WHAT IS A WARRANTY?

A warranty serves as an agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer that promises to repair or replace goods purchased within a
specified time period.

The warranty period is not an indication of the life span of your bed, but rather the quality. Generally, the higher the warranty, the better the quality.

The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear. The warranty covers defects and /or poor workmanship only.

During a warranty period, a consumer may be liable to contribute towards warranty costs and these costs are worked out on a system based on
the number of years the goods have been in use.

Please note that the warranty is not applicable should a customer have change of mind when choosing a mattress or choosing the incorrect

comfort level suitable to them.

Should a customer experience a warranty claim, they will be liable for transportation costs involved.

We at Dream Beds & Home and respective manufactures reserve the right to refuse inspection and to invalidate the warranty should the product be stained, burnt or in any form of unsanitary condition.

WHAT IS A GUARANTEE?

A guarantee is an agreement between the customer and manufacturer that damaged or defective goods will be repaired or replaced, at no
additional cost to the customer, within a certain time frame.

During the guarantee period, any problems with your bed will be rectified at the manufacturer’s expense.

Kindly note however that the guarantee or warranty excludes any transport costs. Should the client require delivery of the replacement product/collection of the old one, this will be for their account.

The manufacturer will either replace or repair your bed in accordance with their guarantee policy.

Please note that Dream Beds & Home and respective manufacturers reserves the right to refuse inspection and to invalidate the guarantee should the product be deemed stained, burnt or in an unsanitary condition.

The guarantee does not apply should a customer have a change of mind or selecting the incorrect mattress comfort level.

WHO HONOURS THE WARRANTY & GUARANTEE?

Both the warranty and guarantee are honoured by the manufacturer themselves as these are put into place to protect the product against
manufacturing faults. As the retailer, Dream Beds & Home is happy to assist in any way in getting the issue resolved between you and the manufacturer.

DO I NEED TO KEEP MY INVOICE / RECEIPT?

Keeping proof of purchase is pivotal.
The manufacturers will need proof of purchase in order to process any warranty/guarantee claim.
